ISO/IEC 17025 Calibration
All Tektronix Multi-Vendor Services Laboratories' quality systems meet or
exceed the requirements ISO/IEC 17025:2005. The scope of the quality
system encompasses all operations that affect the quality of our 17025
calibration service — equipment, personnel, calibration procedures and
reporting.
An ISO 17025 calibration is the next step up from a ISO9001 or ANSI Z-540-1 calibration. Certification to ISO9001 alone does not demonstrate the
competence of the lab to produce technically valid data and results, whereas
certification to 17025 does provide that evidence. It assures our clients of
precision, accuracy and repeatability of results. 17025 calibration encompasses
both our on-site and regional calibration laboratories. The Tektronix Service
Solutions management team is committed to excellence by maintaining compliance
to ISO/IEC 17025:2005's "Policy for the Competence of Testing and Calibration
Laboratories.".
