Antenna Calibration
Antenna calibration is essentially a substitution measurement. The
ANSI C63.5–2004 defines two methods: the "reference antennaâ€"method and
the "standard site""method. These can be used for antennas in the 30 –
1000 MHz frequency range. They are both substitution procedures but
differ in what provides the reference that is substituted.
Onsite Antenna Calibration Field Services:
- Shielding effectiveness testing on screen, shielded and anechoic rooms
per MIL–STD–285 or IEEE 299.
- Open area test sites (OATS) 10 kHz – 45 GHz.
- Normalized site attenuation as per ANSI C63.4.
- Complete data reports provided in several formats including our online
